In this hands-on cocktail-making class, we’ll explore a fresh lineup of spring-inspired drinks featuring seasonal herbs, classic spirits, and a few delightfully unexpected herbal liqueurs. Along the way, we’ll sip through a brief (and fascinating) history of cocktails and alcohol, learn the proper use and surprising origins of essential bar tools, and build confidence behind the bar. Your evening includes a welcome cocktail, light appetizers, and plenty of opportunities to taste, learn, and cheers!
