Welcome to a fun class about Rochester cocktails! With RCR occurring right now, we wanted to bring some of our favorites from Rochester Cocktail Revival bars to this evening’s class. As always we will have light appetizers and a welcome drink, a brief history on alcohol and cocktails throughout history, a tutorial on the tools and proper usage of spirits needed for class.
